FROM STRATEGIC PLANNING TO THE SHELVES
Dynamit Kft. is a leading player in the FMCG sector and the domestic distributor of global brands such as Paldo, OMG, OTTOGI, and Lotte. Managing a portfolio of this scale and diversity requires a continuous, high-level marketing presence, from store shelves all the way to digital displays. Our collaboration began at a critical decision point: our partner was originally looking for an in-house employee to expand and manage marketing processes, but the complexity of the tasks and international expectations ultimately made the agency model the right choice.
The challenge lay in “multi-front” communication. We had to not only manage domestic campaigns but also maintain direct, marketing-level contact with representatives of foreign brands. This required a partner who could understand international brand guidelines at a strategic level while being able to adapt them to the specificities of the Hungarian market and consumer habits. Our task was to take over full operational and strategic management and execution as the external marketing department of Dynamit Kft., following an extremely comprehensive concept plan.
GLOBAL BRANDS, LOCALIZED
The solution was an integrated working model that spans all business units. At Credo Digital, we are responsible for brand launch strategies and the market introduction of new products, ensuring that global messages remain relevant domestically. We coordinate communications at the international level: we consult directly with our international partners, so strategic planning and approval processes are managed under one roof.
During execution, we deploy our full marketing arsenal. In addition to continuous content creation for social media platforms, we run complex PPC and display advertising campaigns that directly support sales goals. We place special emphasis on influencer collaborations: from strategic selection to management, we are responsible for ensuring authentic brand ambassadors. This digital focus is complemented by the physical world: we coordinate offline print materials that aid customer decision-making in stores. The result of this collaboration is a scalable and professional marketing machine capable of successfully driving multiple global brands with distinct personalities in the domestic market simultaneously.
