Pascal Boats
FROM THE CANARY ISLANDS TO HUNGARIAN WATERS: JOURNEY OF SMART LUXURY
Pascal Boats began its journey in the Canary Islands with a clear mission: to make modern luxury and the premium boating experience accessible to a wider audience. Over the years, the brand has earned the trust and loyalty of countless customers by ensuring their models are built from handpicked materials using the latest technologies to meet the highest industry standards. The mission of Pascal Boats is to break down the barriers between luxury and affordability, providing Hungarian boaters with premium electric and motorized models without compromises. At the launch of our collaboration, the primary challenges in the domestic market were seasonal timing and a lack of brand awareness. While the product quality and technical background were outstanding, the client lacked a unified digital framework capable of effectively engaging the relevant target audience within a short seasonal window. Our task was to build a proactive acquisition model to convert passive interest into pre-qualified, actionable business opportunities (leads), preventing potential revenue loss caused by delayed response times.
OVERACHIEVING TARGETS THROUGH DATA-DRIVEN SOLUTIONS
To achieve these strategic goals, we developed a data-driven lead acquisition framework, fully supported by consistent Facebook content creation. These high-impact visual materials helped the domestic audience connect with the core essence of the Pascal brand, its technical advantages, and its timeless elegance. We engineered a custom automation system that synchronized lead data into the client's central management system in real time, the exact moment a form was submitted. The workflow featured a deep pre-qualification layer, allowing the sales team to gain a precise understanding of the potential buyer's specific needs even before making the initial call.
The campaign’s efficiency was validated by drastically overachieving our primary performance indicators (KPIs). We successfully kept the cost per lead far below both industry standards and preliminary benchmarks. While initial projections calculated a cost per acquisition (CPA) of $20–$30, we radically reduced this figure to an average of just $2.50 throughout the campaign. Within a tight, one-and-a-half-month window, we generated over 230 pre-qualified leads into a fresh, continuously updating system. With this approach, we did not just establish the brand’s long-term visibility in the Hungarian market; we integrated a scalable, highly cost-efficient business development channel into the core operations of Pascal Boats.
