MARKET DIFFERENTIATION IN THE PREMIUM PET FOOD SEGMENT

PLATINUM is one of the most dominant players in the European pet food market, with a professional credibility built on a unique manufacturing technology (FSG) and uncompromising ingredient selection. Although the brand's reputation among pet owners is unquestionable, they recognized the rising noise level in the digital space. The goal was to prevent PLATINUM from getting lost in the crowd of generic pet foods, and to sharply differentiate its premium quality from mass-market products. To achieve this, instead of merely advertising product benefits, we implemented an omnichannel strategy that provided standalone, brand-consistent visual content and a social media presence for both dog food and MeatCrisp cat food lines.

OMNICHANNEL VALUE CREATION AND DATA-DRIVEN CAMPAIGN MANAGEMENT

The strategy was rooted in the absolute coherence of digital touchpoints. The project launched with the execution of an exciting campaign, for which we designed conversion-optimized website banners and cover images supporting an exclusive gift bundle promotion, creating a premium feel right from the very first click. To increase brand trust and Customer Lifetime Value (CLV), we paid special attention to optimizing existing channels during content creation. Through email marketing, we consistently maintained the brand’s signature educational approach, providing relevant solutions to pet owners' real problems. Parallel to this, our TikTok management combined product showcases with entertaining content to build a more direct and personal connection with the audience.

We completed the visual and content pillars with data-driven ad management. The precise targeting and continuously optimized advertising framework applied during the campaign delivered outstanding results. Thanks to this strategic approach, we not only maximized website traffic but also significantly increased Average Order Value (AOV), generating an exceptional, nearly 40x Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) for our partner. While strictly adhering to the rigorous Brand Book guidelines, this integrated approach simultaneously strengthened and expanded the brand's digital ecosystem and loyal customer base.
